1st of all- I don't know where the sound is this time; I come back for seconds and this time just a clip for a nanosecond at the start and then no more. 2nd- maybe they did sell out, but they seem feel they've kept their integrity 3rd How can u make THAT for as long as they did, let alone ask for them to carry it on 10 more years (that much energy depletion is SUICIDE) Rockin shit!

well, for one thing, I keep seeing them on tv commercials. seems to be happening in tandem with a shift to a lighter sound. I don't like much after Zaireeka and the boom box experiment tour. I saw em' live twice with Ronald, so I know what they are lacking now from personal experience. I suppose every generational band alienates their original fans eventually.

Why oh why don't the Lips do more of their back catalog of songs these days!?!? I love 'em to death, but enough Yoshimi and Mystics songs already. Mix it up boys! This stuff needs to be heard more often by the younger folk out there, GREAT clip, thanks for uploading it.
