If its made Lipoly ready, then its obviously going to last for a while. The gun was constructed to use Lipoly batteries. They even say its ready for it... why wouldn't they recomend it?
@AlphaWolf4672 My KWA runs a 11.1v Lipoly and shoots in the high 20's too. I honestly don't know why this guy doesn't recommend them? Has he no experience about airsoft?
@flare66966 No, it is perfectly legal to remove the orange tip. However, it IS illegal to brandish an airsoft gun in public view, with or without the orange tip (this applies to most states including mine, but it may be different for yours. But nonetheless, it's something you shouldn't do anyway).
It depends what state you live in; different states have different laws. But for most states, it is legal to remove the orange markings as long as it is kept out of public view.
@fessa666 Internally, yes. KWA's M4/16 line now has the improved 2GX gearbox, which is thicker than before, has better quality gears, and has 9mm ball bearings on each bushing. The internals are slightly better than that of G&G. Even though it is a little more expensive, I'd still get the KWA.
lol i know the wear and tear with lipo batteries, but the rate of fire they give is just so damn addicting. it makes u want to use it every single time u play
as far as batteries, I would suggest either a 9.6v nunchuck, mini type, 8.4v mini, or a lithium polymer mini type. And JG mags will fit, but they are ususally a tight fit.
I wouldnt recommend getting this gun with a lipo battery, the lifespan will fly by much faster, and how many damn times do you need to shoot to hit a guy? I use a 10.6 and im rewinding my 350 hi cap mag every 10 seconds of auto firing.
Honestly, the specs are almost identical. Just a different model. I own the kwa m4. my advice: just go to an airsoft store and ask to hold a g36 and a m4, preferably full metal as the m4 is 8 pounds (2lbs heavier then the real m4 carbine) and just choose which one you think feels better against your shoulder.
i wouldn't turn it into a sniper if i was you for one reason, the gun is really short so it would give u less accuracy but u would get more mobility because an m4a1 is small because its a carbine. But if you really wanted to you could. If u want to make a Sniper out of an m16/m4 type go for a G&G Gr16 a3, a gr25 or a kwa full m16a2 which you can get off airsoftgi for pretty good deals. If you get an m16 than accerserise with a rail, a bipod, and a nice scope. it would be really effective
I have this gun but its not as silent or as fast as the first 2weeks I had it could there be somthing wrong with it? I only used a 9.6volt in it so there should be no wear in the gun
this gun is one of few made for li-po ...duh. i own it, and the only reason i stripped a piston was jamming... the ONLY real problem with the gun... fixed when you get it by adding silicone oil or spray
you can use lipos in it fine. as long as you use decent quality 15c lipo. i've had mine for a while and only used lipos. the worst that happens is maybe a stripped pistion (caused by cheap battery with 18c+ or very prolonged firing) or somthing in the motor (just forgot what it's called) goes bad and you install new ones (relitively inexpencive). kwa m4a1 + lipo = uber pwnage :D
Why the fuck do you buy from airsplat

@8oh8Airsoft With the new 2GX KWA's, they do recommend LiPo's lol. However, I run a 9.6 on my KM4, and I get 21 - 23 BPS, its amazing.

@8oh8Airsoft This is one of the older generation KWA M4's, which had gearbox shell problems when using a LiPo...

The Lipo stick can fit in the stock's tube I think. You would of course have to re-wire to the rear.

G36= more compact, already has rails and is cheaper/
M4= amazing internals (a little better than the G36c), full metal, but no rails.
M4 S system= BBEEEEAAASSSST!!!!
