you should see mj in her first apperence in the comics she is one of the most beautiful girls in any comic and gwen is also hot. Stan Lee says that in the comic that mj was more the party girl and gwen was sweet and loving. There came a time where peter had to choose between the two and he chose gwen in the end when she was killed.

Harry just wants positive attention from football, and Peter (who is already, as Harry said, /brilliant/) was showing off for the crowd and girls. Peter let himself fail so that Harry could get the positive attention he deserves. He needs positive attention from somewhere, since he's not getting it from Norman at home.

I like this Spiderman more than the older versions. Yes, they all make the same bone-headed mistake (involving wrestling, a jilted payday, and a cat burglar with a gun), but at least this one didn't kill the burglar, then turn into a web-slinging Batman.
