His air accelerate cant be WAY to high, cause the highest airaccelerate is 100, and it is the one used in surf maps, so, dont speak if you dont know ;)

ok i take that back but he did start on the top which explains how he jumped OVER the platform. but u can jump off at the start and turn left if ur ct and right if t. or vice versa and u will land on a platform that hasa ladder2 the top XD
