@TheTuber124 - I'm sorry for not noticing your reply sooner! If any of the stickers fell off, then look for the number stamped into the part in question. Any reputable manufacturer will stamp this number on the ball or ball mount. If it's not stamped - I wouldn't trust it and would advise you to buy a new one. Sorry. If the sticker fell off the hitch itself, then I would go by your local U-Haul Moving Center. They should be able to utilize U-Haul's electronic reference materials to find it.
@UHTechCenter you could also measure the hitch (receiver opening) as well usually class 1 and 2 hitches are 1/4" , and rated max 3500 lbs towing , and a tongue weight maximum of 350 lbs. All class 3's have a 2 inch opening receiver and usually have a standard tow weight of 5000 lbs., tongue weight of 500 lbs.
Also, if they are unable to find it using these resources, then ask them to call our internal support line - it's called Hitch Central. I would only ask you to be patient with the folks at our moving centers. They have busy parts of the day that they can't control and will need to wait until there is a lull in walk-in customers to properly address your issue. Hope this helps. -Stuart
Did Marasco teach you stage presence?! You're stealing my work, Shoen! SAG will be looking into this video...mark my words, I will grieve you, if this was SAG sanctioned.
