Since the media look foolish continuing to say, "Ron Paul can't win," when , in fact, Ron Paul is surging in the polls, they now imply that he'll run as a third party candidate, which is designed to give the exact same impression as "he can't win." The thing is, Ron Paul CAN win and they know it.

Ron Paul has the upward momentum. Newt Gingrich is already falling and Mitt Romney has been static for months now. People are waking up to the fact that Ron Paul is far and away the best candidate.

Cavuto tried to bring up the 3rd party issue in a roundabout way "what if *anybody* runs as a 3rd party candidate". When Dr. Paul answered the question by talking about Trump only THEN did Cavuto ask the question he wanted to ask directly - "are you going to run" (even bringing Ron's son Rand into the picture). I love how Dr. Paul said "same answer as I've given 30 other times"

Thoughts can change, that's why it's called an out. By not straight up ruling it out, Paul forced the major media to keep covering him, when it's clear they wanted to blackout coverage of his candidacy entirely.
