This song has been recorded by so many artists - but the Everlys' version is pretty well recognized as the definitive one. It is so beautiful; written and first recorded in 1955 by Gilbert Becaud, with the original lyrics in French, written by Pierre Delanoe. I think, too - a perfect song for a wedding!
