  • I just found out you can CHANGE the colors randomly. The trick is in the remote. Turn on your LivingColors lamp and "hold" the on-button. When you do that, move a finger over the "dark-bright"-button on the bottom. Do that more than three times and the lamp will go in random-mode. My lamp in The Netherlands does it, I hope yours does too.

  • Its quite expensive for a 4xLED 10W lamp that does not even produce enough light for reading. On Amazon it costs round 120€ and you actually need two to make anything intresting with it. For 240€ you can get an industrial high-end wall washer , at least!

  • hello ! xuse me an information "philips lamp" there is a modalily random colors ?! without always touch a remote control, the lamp if you want change random colors selected a random colors of remote control?! lol my english... answer please ; ) byeee : )

  • No you cant let it change colors automatically I believe only demo units in stores have that ability

  • Press and hold the on button, then slide your other finger on the brightness button. Voila, random colors.

  • @sjonno you can :P

Just keep pressing the button to turn it on for a bunch of seconds

  • @MD01012007

just press the I button on the remote for 2/3 seconds

  • I have two in a, lets call it medium sized room, it's ok for dimmed lightning, putter around, watch a movie etc, not very suitable for reading.

  • Can you control multible with 1 remote? I love the idea of those lamps.

  • Yes you can control up to as many as you want with one remote, you can easily learn it to be associated with multiple lamps or use different remotes to mix colors

  • well not to as many as you want its ristricted to 6 lamps with 1 remote of course you can have 2 remotes and then you can have 12 lamps but who wants even that many lamps of that price?

  • can this philips thing light up a whole room?
