Leeds V QPR, Wigan Athletic & Coventry City FA CUP 87

Aaah! Such great days. QPR was one of the best days EVER at Elland Road. United were BACK! Ormsby on the railings (I believe Pearson was on them on the other side of the goal too). Then onto April 12th - that day at Hillsborough; Up then down then going out then Ritchie to Edwards. "ALMOST HIS FIRST TOUCH!" A few tears yet ultimately immense pride. The crash back down to earth a month later at St. Andrews after Our Lord John Sheridan's masterpiece. What a season. I shall treasure the memories.

I fell in love with Leeds this season...atmosphere at ER back then was absolutely unbelievable there was something special about our support back then. Kits were something else aswell. I'll never feel as utterly devastated as I did @ St Andrews that Friday night, aged 10 it felt like the end of the world!

I was at the QPR game and the semi...thank you ever so much for posting...didnt think I'd ever see the QPR goals again :o)

why didnt brendan ormsby kick the ball out for a corner when we were winning 1-0 ---- we would have won the fa cup that year
