Yeah, I wish it were available on iTunes or something.

But I think it's actually legal to download it for free because it's just a demo, and you can get it on fansites that t.A.T.u. has links to on their own website. So they must not have a problem with downloading the demos.

You can just get the songs off AllMyLove(dot)org. They have a whole page of songs, where you right-click the titles and the option of saving it to your comp will be there.

But I've never owned an iPod so I'm not quite sure about the technicalities of getting songs on it.
