  • They make stuff now that you can buy that removes it.

it's called wrecking balm. i hear it really works

  • its funny that you said "for the rest of your life"

    lol..

    no offence grandpa

  • You are the cool gay grandpa i never met, youre awesome,i wish i had a video camara or something to respond to this, but sadly i dont

  • As the proud owner of 3 tattoos, I'm still THRILLED to have 'em! I liked 'em when I picked 'em, (good thing, huh?) and I'm still happy with them! Didn't your artist make a stencil first? Guess not, or you would've known where he was putting it!

  • Get a cover-up tattoo. Cheaper than removal, and you can still get something you want. ;D

  • There are really inexpensive laser removal places now. There's a place here in the L.A. area that has a special right now for $99 for up to 4 square inches and each additional inch is $10. Yours looks less than four so it would be $99, not $2000.

  • Heck! Thats the best looking 12 dollar tattoo I've ever seen! ...of course its the only 12 dollar tattoo I've seen. Tattoo's are art and good art costs money...another words, you get what you pay for.

  • TATTOO'S DO NOT HURT! They feel like a bee sting, Or a cat scratch. And they developed a new Ink that will completly disapeer with one laser treatment. Just be sure to ask you're tattoo artist if they have some pics of their work, If they do not have any, Then consider going to another place where someone does have pics of their work. Better safe than sorry.

  • I think tattoos are cool, but not cool enough to get one. Like you, I think it hurts a lot. Plus I don't want to end up like all those people who tattooed their entire body, and then 3 years later, look like a huge colorful blur! Sorry that happend Zippy!

  • Enjoyed your story. Considered a cover-up? See my video response for my coverup photos.

  • Star Trek insignia.

  • well if i were you i would just it covered up with a better tattoo since your going to be in atlanta you should go to the place i get my work done (ALL OR NOTHING TATTOO)

  • Omg, I LOVE this story Zipster! Please tell more stories! Please Please Please....oxoxoxoxoxox

  • I haven't got webcam set up, I have 2 tats, there's pics on my LiveVideo page 'MrsJaggy'

  • Based on this video I'm officially removing "Get a tattoo from a San Gennaro Festival street vendor" from my list of life goals.

  • "I'm not gonna suger coat this shit anymore!"

hahaha, you're great Zipster, keep up the awesome videos

  • Thank you!!

  • I opened a Bar and Grill for Andy Williams ("Moon River", your Mom knows who I'm talkin about) It is beautifully decorated with all Warhol art! It's really cool, but ofcourse the rest of the (under 20 year-old) staff were saying ' Andy who?... Who's Chairman Mao....

Feel Ya Zipster, you light up my life,

    Love,

    Drunk Walker

  • Hey, Zip, come to MonkeyWrench Tattoos in Sonoma County (CA) - Joe will fix that for you! Joe Leonard - google it... Heart you!!

  • that was SOOOOOOOO Great! good job on this vid!

  • Man, you lead an interesting life. My sister wanted a tattoo, but on our last holiday I think my dad turned her off the idea completely.

  • When I saw the title I thought it might be about the "Lesbians." You might be able to turn it into a sail boat

  • Yeah, that's what I want on my arm...A SAIL BOAT! NOT!!

  • You are absolutely fascinating. I can't get enough. Thank you so much for sharing your life moments.

  • Aww, THANKS!!

  • Words to live by.

  • Great advice!!!!

  • I am sure someone else suggested this but...You Can Probably Go And Cover It Up With Something Else

  • haha what a cute story. to me looks like a mountain with a bird circling around ;)

  • I haven't read (re-read?) through all of the comments, sorry if I'm repeating. anyway... there is a place here that does cover-up tatoos. You couldn't even tell what the original one was.

  • I will definitely make a response video for you! Tattoos and piercings are my thing. XOXO

  • I am anxiously waiting for THIS particular video...

  • Great story! Next time you're in Maine I'll take ya to lunch!

  • LOL Andy would have love that story.

By the way, you can have them removed for a few hundred these days.

  • Loved the story, thanks!

  • HA!your hilarious

  • Oh my GOD! I want a drunk guy to give me a tattoo! It's so artistic! It looks very abstract. I think it very symbolic. It represents man's struggle for autonomy...

  • You CRACK ME UP!!

  • hehe tragic story and you tell it so well, enjoyed it.

  • Looks a little like the original Star Trek symbol on Captain Kirk's shirt.

  • Yeah, I've heard that!...Too bad I'm not a Trekky!

  • My boyfriend has a tattoo on the under-side of his wrist that is in UV ink... meaning you can only see it under UV (black) lights! It's pretty darn cool!

  • Words to live by!

  • I love the tatto. The same author of JLS also wrote my favortie book, Illusions, have you read it?

  • maybe someone could pay you $2000 to have your brain removed for medical research, then you can use that money to have the tattoo removed

  • SO glad to hear you're going to just tall it straight! Excellent. ~peace

  • Nice1 Zip, I like the seagull look on the tattoo! it suits you!

  • Very funny!! NOT!!

  • OMG you sooo crack me up. If you were single.... b

  • Guess I didn't do a video about that yet...I AM SINGLE...AGAIN!!

  • Ahhhhh! My kinda guy...

  • wats wrong with u:|

  • Where do I start? If you can figure it out...let me know! Thanks.

  • LMAO! Great story Terry. I only have one at the moment, but I'm getting another soon. I might make that a video but I'm afraid I'll pass out while I'm getting it and I definitely don't want that on video. :^P

  • I wonder if you could have it ,,highlighted**, brightened and snazzed up a little bit, to look more like you wanted it from the start.. You've probably seen many a pro about it by now tho, huh?.. If you HAVEn't GO FOR IT! ;-D

    {{{HUGGS}}} ~Anni:)

  • It's 'original' artwork; a fitting tribute to Andy. And one of a kind, just like you. Thanks for sharing.

  • "I'm not going to sugar coat this shit." My new favorite quote from you. Good story and moral.

  • I've yet to get any tattoos. My father taught me at a very early age that tattoos sucked. It's a good thing that I listened to him. I thank God for having the will power to fight off the peer pressure that I was under when I was in the military. I could have been stuck with a "Death From Above" tattoo.

  • I think it's a great lesson on why you don't do drugs and then go for a tatoo. You should play with the design and see if you can have it made into something you do like. I don't have one, only because I never found a picture I wanted to look at for the rest of my life. Now I do enjoy checking out the new trend of "just above the butt" tattoos the ladies are doing. That's art I could look at for hours. Be Well.

  • looks like a prison tat!

  • Great story Zip. Video response attached.

  • hoany are you read for me

  • You have certainly lived an interesting life. Love it.

  • That is awsome! it would have been a great tattoo yep. and as soon as i get mine done ill send a vid on it.

  • nice story

  • My husband and I own a tattoo shop and we've heard some whoppers, but this one is right up there! (tattooedheart. com) I'll have to do a video response to this one. Been meaning to show mine for a while now.

  • Holy shit, am I the only one who sees the shark from JAWS on your arm??? I think you were the inspiration for Steven Spielberg!

  • omg that is hilarious! Unfortunately my tattoo story is WAY tame compared to that!

  • Oh My GOD! That story was GREAT ZIP!!

...I got one simmular!... But way more sissy!

  • hey Zipster, I found a picture of the guy/vestite you mentioned jackie Curtis with the Tattoo you have at jackiecurtis(dot)com/02.html

  • WOW,you are GOOD...that's exactly the tat I wanted!!

  • Thanks ,Zipster..

  • they don't make ludes anymore. so mothers will not have to worry too much. i like it,and great story.

  • Yeah....they take away ALL my fun!!

  • you took two what?

  • Quaaludes...they were fab!!

  • I guess the statute of limitations has run out againstg the tattoo parlor. Good vid: not a big fan of tattoos here.

  • I have been BEGGING my husband to get a 1/2 inch tatoo of my name on his butt. He hasn't done it yet. I only want it, in case I die, I want someone to know that ass is mine! xoxoxoxoxo

  • ha ha!!

  • loved your tattoo story (: i got mine in a place thats usually not seen (: but its still cool i love it, sorry yours didnt turn out to be what you wanted , but great advice there (: have a great weekend too ZIp

    -anna

  • Again, fine advice there Zip!

  • Wish I had my own tattoo story to share but sadly I don't. There's a really funny book called Dave Gorma's Googlewhack adventure (true story by the way) and he gets a Texas state driver liscence tattooed on his arm whiel he's drunk because he keeps getting asked for ID. The icing on the cake is that the tattooist reverses the birthday so it reads in American format not British.

  • Yeah, I don't know anyone named Andy.

  • HA HA!!

  • No thank you on a tattoo.. but if I were forced to get one, I'd get my dad's signature... because he's the best.

  • Too funny, but then again.. you wouldn't have this great story to tell and laugh about.. ;)

  • I know a good guy who learned to tattoo in prison who could do a cover up for you :)

  • Warhol's music ROTFLMFAO!

  • BTW my tattooist was 'drunkded' up too, but my tat is not public ;-)

  • oh you poor silly bugga! LOL

    Good story!

  • i wanna get another tattoo

  • hehe, a drunk tatoo guy bad idea :)

    anyway i'll never get a tatoo :)

    ml, Julian

  • Love you, buddy!

  • Zipster you silly bitch, I love you!

  • i love all my tatoos

  • And right there is the non-endorsement for tattoos - especially when they only cost $12.00 dollars. But in those days, $12 bucks might not have been too cheap. And now you have an ANDY tattoo. But your name is Terry or Zipster. THAT would have been a much BETTER choice. Branded for life. BUT a GREAT story for the book...which I WANT to write. Can I biographize you? LYZ

  • Zip, you shouldn't have to sugar-coat your stories. I like things without a sugar-coat ;)

    Get a cover up tat!

  • It looks like the guy passed out when he was crossing the A.

  • I KNOW!!

  • pink elephants= we're gay and republican hehe

  • That is why women shouldn't get a rose tatooed on their breast. Because when they get old it will be a hanging basket.LOL ;P

  • stormyjayne.....lol....I just LOVE that one:-)

  • Similarly a horse tattoo on a breast at 18 is a giraffe at 60.

  • HA HA HA LMAO

  • Wow! I just got my 3rd piece about 3 hours ago...and then this gets posted. What a strange coincidence.

  • I'd better search out a reputable tattooist for when Tom wants his first one!

  • And make sure he's SOBER!!

  • I'm sure there's a lesson here somewhere..Maybe, you get what you pay for???

  • Drunk/drugged tattoo stories, always a plus.

  • Got 4... can't wait until I get my 5th.

  • I'm a big fan of Warhola's music, too.

  • lol

  • you could go have it "covered" or at least touched up with what you originally wanted. Tattoo artists today are amazing!

  • 2 queludes hee hee, 'im not gonna sugah coat this shit no more' LMFAO!!!

  • wow...712...Quaaludes...haven't seen one of those it 20 years. they were so good. I just wonder why you wanted somebody else's name on your arm! Hey cover girl works good if you wanna cover it. I'm sure Loco Mama has some your could borrow!

  • These were the 714s!!

  • guess I killed 2 brain cells...

  • Nice video... I have been promising a tat video for quite some time now i guess i need to get my ass in gear lol... KluTz333

  • Although... I am not surprised about your tattoo haha... people love to drink up there! :-P

  • HAHA, your tattoo looks like a mountain with a village at the bottom of it

  • Hey i'm from Portland, Maine... very cool to hear you talk about it :)

  • That lazer removal isn't great anyway. It takes the ink out, but you still have a scar. :)

I did a video about my tattoos for someone else,it won't let me link it, but it's up in my YouTube page.

  • Great story.

  • Through the webcam it looks a little bit like a startrek-communicator. Not half bad ;-)

  • You're up early!!!

  • No Zip, I was still up and it got early :-)

  • yeah! Dinksmallwood1 I thought it looked like a startrek communicator too!

Zipster I think you got an even cooler tattoo than your drawing!

  • just when I thought your stories couldn't get any better... you amaze!

  • Another great tale from those strange but awesome 70s. I'm loving hearing these, Zip!

    Moosie

  • Just have it incorporated into, I heart Nutcheese or DatAintRight!

Just be sur they spel it corectly LOL

  • Yeah...DatAintRight would work for me! I'll do Nutcheese on my ass?

  • Hey! I sense a real money-making op here. U get payments from YTbers who want their names on your body. The bigger the tat, the more money they pay. U simply have to agree to parade around half naked at YT gatherings to display all the tats. NutCheese on your ass should bring in a hole lot of money, no butts about it! (^_^)

  • Charles Trippy already did that for the 7/7/7 gathering. He made a bundle too!!

  • Sorry I missed that... or... hmmm... on second thought, maybe not. (^_^)

  • I think you should get a tattoo that says "I <3 NutCheese" on your ass!

  • <going to the tattoo parlor now>

  • Great story Zip...you keep me crazily entertained always...my best friend is a "class" act tattoo artist, Daemon Rowanchilde, urbanprimitive dot com , for sure no chance of a walk in there, he's done Angelina and Billy Bob in their day...the pictures of his studio would floor ya...but only through spiritual intoxication...he did a non-inked tattoo for my sister just before she died in November..anyhow keep it up

  • Oh Gawd; You Have Some Great Stories. ;0)

    Roberta

  • LOL live & learn, huh Zip?

    Great story...

  • that is wise advice. i love how you tell all these stories, its awesome

  • LOL! Good story Zipster!!!

  • ill have to find a way to have someone take a pic of the one on my back...or video.

  • Looks Like a Penis Lol

  • i resently had a dream that i got a tatoo on my back but when i saw it it covered my whole back and was of a mexican dude liftin his hat. i was like. ahh shit i gotta live with this shit.

  • Great to hear from my FIRST subscriber!! HEY JOE...how goes it??

  • Hey Zips - did Loco Mama get one done as well? I'm sure I saw her with something similar!

  • Yeah, we were together....connected at the hip...so to speak! Cockney Rebel FOREVER!!

  • I don't know how you were still conscious after 2 ludes...LOL

  • High tollerance!!

  • Aaw poor Zipster. You don't have to do some laser work, you can always get a cover up tattoo. Not that expensive.

I'll post my tattoo vid as a response, hope you like it.

    You rock!

  • and here I thought you were and Anarchist

  • Love it

  • It looks like something from Star Trek lol

  • My daughter's neighbor is a little skinny old lady in her eighties covered in stretched out, faded, wrinkled up tattoos. When you are young you don't think that someday that skin is going to wrinkle. We call her Lydia The Tattoo Lady. My eldest daughter had her Mike turned into a Rose!

  • we should have gotten the Monkeys. You'd have another story. :)

  • That is SO for sure!! I miss you, buddy!!

  • LMAO! The drawing was crappy to start with! At least you got a story out of this LOL!!! Have you seen veebeelicious's tattoo vid-she had a similar experience and actually went though with a tattoo despite the extremely dodgy conditions lol! I'd like to think I would have walked away. . . my tattooist just enjoyed insulting his customers :)

  • hahaha... good one, Zip!

  • Well, at least taking two quaaludes to avoid the pain was smarter than trying to get drunk for the same reason, drunk people bleed like stuck pigs when they're being tattooed.

  • That is a beautiful tatoo, I think I will get a copy!

  • Don't you DARE!!

  • I'm sitting here humming that Neil Diamond tune - !!

    Sage words of advice.

    And... did someone say sailors??

    ;-D

  • You heard me!!

  • great vid - THAT is a great tattoo story, although you are still stuck with.... the seagull of NDY :P

  • Portland, Maine!? ZIP! I live about 8 hours from there. Isn't the name of it like Dragon Tattoos or something (not that I expect you to remember. LOL)?

  • Wow now I know why you've never showed it off on youtube!

You should get it done right, above that one so you can always tell the story about the qualudes and the drunk tattooist lol

aand it would make a great youtube video - 'zipster does andy!'

  • LMAO!!! That's the funniest shit ever!!! What a life you've had! I can't stop laughing!

  • John Livingston birds.. lol. :0)

  • Oh god who didnt read that in the 70s

  • Never get tattooed by anyone that looks drunk, out of it, spacey or anything other than completly sober and well rested.

  • You are so gosh darn adorable when you do your storytelling!!!! XOXOX

  • xoxo

  • did u just say "oh man im going to get all the mothers of the kids that watch this stuff...uh talking about qwayloods" wats that susposted to mean?!

  • Quaaludes are drugs....moms don't like when I talk about the drugs I take in my videos. They think I'm promoting drugs. I'M NOT...just telling the stories the way they happened.

  • hmm ok

  • But the moms that know what those are are the drugged up ex-junkie moms! I didn't have a clue what a quaalude was lol!
