I loved your videos! It's just so clear-cut. I liked it. Sorry but can you make valentine day chocolate? I did it on feb 14 but I don't like the results... So can you do a video? Please?

I love your videos. Have you ever thought about baking a Korean style cake on here like a 쌩크림 케이크? I remember when I was in Korea and they had really cute cakes there.
Aeri, could you please share a recipe for 파전, I've made a few recipes but something doesn't seem right... and I love the recipes you have^^ Thank You ^^
Hi Aries!! I just subscribed to your videos today I've been enjoying your videos and I'm so happy that I have discovered it. I'm Korean and was adopted in '84. I have 4 month old son and couldn't be happier! He is so adorable just like Bryson. :) This is my first comment ever on YouTube. I'm just so excited to try out some of your recipes. My husband loves my Korean cooking but I have much to learn. He loves spicy foods!! I can't wait to make baby kimbab for my son. Thank you for your hard
^^ Nice to meet you. Wow, we have some common parts.. hehe I'm happy to hear that your husband loves Korean food.. maybe you can make all of my recipes for him..hehe and at the end for your boy too. It's late..but congratulations on your baby boy. Stay healthy.. thanks Hope to hear from you often.
@allson24 You can, make a carbonara style sauce with egg yolks. You can achieve a nice creamy texture and consistency without cream. The cream though, is awesome. lol.
@MrJingjong ah i tried using the egg yolk too but it ended up the egg cant merge well with the sauce and i smell something bitter from the sauce eventho i used pretty small fire..is there something wrong with that?thank you
@allson24 When you toss the pasta with the egg yolk in a carbonara, do it right in a big bowl that you'd serve in, not on the stove. The heat from the cooked pasta is enough.
I will try this recipe soon, as that looks delicious!
Bryson! In less than two weeks Santa Claus is coming!!!!! You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout I'm telling you why.........Santa Claus is coming to town!!!!!!!!!
I've been searching for this and now I found it! Thank you so much. What I usually do is that I mixed milk, pepper and cheese, it does taste right but I think it's not delicious at all. but thank you! I'm going to try to this. my mom keep on wanting me to cook this xD
The chef at the local Italian restaurant would always say you add egg separately about 2-3mins before serving so it doesn't over cook and you get the nice creamy flavour from the yolk. Worth a try.
I am Italian and hun, nice job ^__^ To add more flavor you can always add a bit of nutmeg to the sauce~ I looove my pasta with panchetta bacon as well. looks lovely as always!
Aloha Aeri, another great recipe! I will sub smokey tempeh for the bacon and use some plant based alternatives for the dairy. But ohhh, good comfort food. :)
Hi Everyone, I forgot to mention that I used turkey bacon instead of normal bacon in this video. I guess that normal bacon will make more grease than turkey bacon when you fry them. So you can either reduce the butter amount or wipe some grease from bacon after it's fried.. or if you think it's okay, just leave the way it is.. hehe thanks
Oh really. Thanks for the tip. I always add some olive oil when I boil my pasta. I think it gives some flavor and changes the texture a little too... Maybe I was just accustomed to do that by watching some cooking channel.. like food network. Thanks again.
@slin6363 Omg, that's why the last couple of times I made spaghetti, it didn't taste right! Dx I usually don't use oil in the pasta water, but I decided to try adding a little olive oil to it and whenever I would put the sauce on the noodles later, it would always be runny and the noodles hardly had flavor Dx I never attributed it to the oil, though, I just thought I was having a bad cooking day xD Thanks for posting that tip! ^^
@slin6363 If you use very little oil and cook al dente, because for some reason you cook the pasta beforehand, you can get away with it.
I cook large portions of pasta(and rice) in advance and often eat it in the morning and sometimes late at night. That way I can cook something up fast and not wait for water to boil and pasta to be ready. Makes cooking up some food faster than waiting for the frying pan to get hot(and a lot healthier).

please don't put oil in the water... it prevents the noodles to soak up the water and makes it harder for the sauce to stick...
besides that it has no effect at all. if you want to prevent the noodles rom sticking together then add the oil after you've drained them.
