This song is easily my favorite in the series. i honestly would have been fine if they just used this theme in the factory levels for DKC3 (although nuts and bolts is good too). it creates some nice tension and makes the adrenaline seem authentic

I feel so stupid right now. Ever since I heard the amazing remix of this song from DKCR, I've been wondering if it was a remix or an original song. I only found out just a couple minutes ago that it was a remix to this song.

To be honest, I do prefer the DKCR version more, especially when playing the level. However, that isn't to try to take anything away from this song, because I think it's also a great piece of music. I'd say each version of the song is easily my favorite of each game.
