Dude, you can get the dodonpachi game to run on PC via the MAME emulator. Look for MAME websites, download a version and also the Dodonpachi game, and you can play it on a PC. Enjoy!

Currently, no, no PGM Emulator runs Dai Ou Jou. There is only minor emulation of Bee Storm DoDonPachi 2.

You can run the original DonPachi and DoDonPachi in MAME, though, as well as some other interesting CAVE shooters.
