  • @charlietangossss if you dont have access to a gym just do pushups regularly through out the day. I pump out about 20-30 pushups every 30-60mins or so even at work. Just get on the ground and do them real quick and youll notice a difference over time. This is just something I do for fun throughout the day though to keep the muscles working on top of my regular plyo workouts. Try it out! Your muscles will only get stronger if you use them!

    Actually, a supinated grip or chin up is the easiest of the vertical pulling movements and I can actually perform even more. Neutral grip is simply the safest and easiest on the rotators.

    My weight fluctuates....175-178lbs most of the year and then I bring my weight up to around 180-185lbs a few months of the year. For photoshoots though I'll bring it down to 170-173lbs.

  • @timbahwolf I was just trying to compare my strength to your Strength. I weigh 307 and can do 7 Pull ups. I actually tried Adding +105 lbs to do pull ups yesterday and I was unable to do 1, or even a half of one. So for you to have equal strength you would have to do 7x pull up's with +132 lbs (307-175). I give you lots of respect as i am sure you can do 40 or something pull ups with your body weight, and you look great. Keep up the hard work. I plan on getting back into exercising very soon.

  • A fat man who weighs 290 can't do a pull-up, if he could he wouldn't be labeled as just a fat man, he'd have some muscle. Also, this guy is doing pull-ups with an extra 110 pounds, that's 61% of his body weight! I'd like to see anyone do that; the 260 fat man would have to use about 160 pounds to extra weight to lift as much relative to his body weight.

In fact, after I worked out today, I strapped on a 100 lb plate just to see how hard sine I've never done it before, and it was difficult to get a good 5 reps. I'm 178lbs and I'm not a weight lifter; only lift for my MMA fights.

Most times people actually assume I'm much heavier. 165lbs isn't that far off a guess because when I was water depleted for a shoot my weight did once go down to 167lbs but again in this vid I'm neither at my leanest or water depleted. Oh well.

  • Doing weighted pullups is ignorant. When you go down during pullups you lock out your shoulders and then pullup regulary. When you add alot of weight and do a pullup you torque your shoulders and have a high chance of dislocating them. I was lifting for football and my coach told me to do weighted pullups and this was my 1st time doing it. When I went up it was fine but as soon as I locked out my shoulders and pulled up my left shoulder dislocated. THEEENKSS CAPTAIN COACH -_-
