@jsand93 I'm not a huge fan of Rock, but I disagree, it's not all the same. You can try to make that claim about any type of music and it won't be correct. Different genres sound similar due to consistent themes used in the music (solos in jazz, beats in hip-hop, electric guitars in rock, etc.) but each artist finds their own groove and creates original music. If all rock sounds the same, that means that there is no artistry in music.
