These attacks are a bit out of date. Werk released a patch which updates some of the sprites and music. I don't know if it deserves a reposting but.. Haruna for example isn't wearing that gross yellow coat thing anymore.

Joke in fanon. Tsukihime anime was so radically different and characters were out of character so much, it was pretty much considered a complete flop. Hence the meme "There is no Tsukihime anime" and other variations exist.

Tsukihime's visual novel has been translated for a few years now.
