Definitely my favourite mix of '1998'. If somebody asked me to sum up the euphoric trance sound of the late 90s/early 2000s with just one track to play them as an example, it would be either this or Veracocha's 'Carte Blanche'. It's difficult to decide which, though!

Eh, the two DJs you listed [Matt Laws and Stuart Matheson] are in fact Binary Finary, they played the original, it was then remixed by PvD and some others, and Matt Darey [which is this version], the song was also re-released in 1999 and 2000, as well, 1999 and 2000.

I think this is the best mix of this track. Mostly you hear about Dutch and German DJs being at the top, but England really can compete.

This mix is one commissioned by Positiva in 1998. It was part of the package that had PVD, Gouryella, Kay cee and this one (Matt Darey) - and the original of course. Pvd did the pvd mix etc... nothing to do with the original.

The guys don't come from Northampton - One comes from Surrey and the other Devon... They are now in Eire and Australia... One is lanky, one is FAT(ish ;P
