  • This man is just one of many jack asses that sits on the Court wearing a dress having not a clue as to what the fuck is going on in the Constitution. Any man off the street could sit on the Court and based on common sense alone out perform any of the jack asses the currently sit on the Court. Especially the 800 ib gorilla that talks out of his ass next to the chief justice every time he opens his goddamned mouth.

Here is a Court of Catholic and Jewish devils! Agents of Satan!

  • This is the ass who "wrote" Doe v. U.C. Regents. That lie said a corporation is entitled to state sovereign "immunity from suit" under the 11th Amendment. The fool never bothered to assess the validity of the 11th Amendment under the Constitution. The 11th Amendment is void (Vide Hollingsworth et al v. Virginia 1798). The Amendment clearly violates the Petition Clause: "Congress shall make no law abridging the right of the people to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

    ooops

  • Thank you for posting this, CSPAN.

  • What irks me is the Court's failure to follow stare decisis in it's 11th Amendment jurisprudence set in Hopkins v Clemson College 221 US 636 (1911)(the 11th Amendment is void)

  • @Zakariah1971 the farther we get away from the Constitution the farther away we will get from the founding fathers intent , Our only hope is Ron Paul , the future belongs to the young people now , I willing to endure some future hardhip to secure them a second chance , this new law , my neighbor calls it martial law , I don't know , I'm giving him money that I can ill afford but I remained silent knowing allot was wrong and did nothing the least I can do is vote for Mr, Paul

  • Not doe but I am petitioner in Lafreniere v UC Regents 11-5790 at the Supreme Court...

  • How many lives did this one man ruin with assanine rulings like Regents v Doe!!

  • @Zakariah1971

What a weird thing to be mad about.

That case was decided unanimously! Although I'll grant you that the result was kind of harsh.

    You're not Doe, are you?

  • One of the most thoughtful and eloquent Justices to ever have served on the Court.

  • Great interview! Great book!
