No sign of his great hurling goal against Galway on You Tube. His comment afterwards was just as memorable as the goal.....

His best hurling goal was against galway in '83 where he met John Fentons puck in and hit it over hear into the net with his back to goal. The man was just pure class in every sense of the word.

Not just his best hurling goal; the best goal by anyone, and not only that- must be the most awesome moment I've ever witnessed in sport. John Fenton's goal off the ground from miles out seemed to get more attention but that goal by Jimmy Barry a moment of divinity!

Have to agree mate, in foorball only. Yes in hurling a close call between Fentons goal which I saw live in Limerick and Jimmy Barry's against Galway in the 83 semi final, the overhead flick. Legends both !
