Take action against workplace bullying. Management will not solve this problem. They are the problem. Politicians and lawmakers have to take action. Canvas them. There are petitions available through the internet. Find live petitions against workplace bullying and sign them. Alternatively submit your own petition.

Me too. What makes it worse is that I am brand new on the job and I don't want to rock the boat because it is a good job. I am being humiliated in front of my peers. She says things like " I have told you 30 times" she snatches papers away from me. She says little demeaning things. If I quit, she wins. But I might get fired anyway because of her negative reports.

I'm so sorry they moved to your organization. Hunker-down, keep copius notes, copies, e-mails, etc. Use e-mail to ask clarification of your assignments so you have documentation. Always be in a defendable position. And network to find a way out.

Basically, when your life or livelyhood is threatened it is a slave system. It is rare, but the slavers don't think of themselves as slavers but more as leaders or authorities. The sad part is that is dimishishes any creativity in the group effort so therefore the leaders actually become the enemy of the group and the effort. When leaders are singled out, thrown down and out, and punished severely by professional dominatrixes, this hierarchical bullying will persist and get worse. lol
