  • "Crazy Social Welfare and Deficit Finance Spending"

Ya know Stefan, the other night I was eating at a bar and a gentleman started trying to converse to me about just getting rid of all of these programs. He qualified himself(the way you do) by telling me he was an accountant( real useful human being) and he thought they should just pull the plug on all of it. I turned to him and said "Good, are you ready for a revolution in the streets tomorrow?" He didn't say anything back for some reason.

  • @MattSyTy You are right. There would be Revolution in the streets when people realized that they would no longer get something for nothing.

  • @MattSyTy Your same argument could be made with kingdoms in the year 1700

  • Stef, you need to put out some regular programming, you're too interesting not to.

One week without a video is 7 days too long!

  • Christian radio host proves humans are not animals

    watch?v=x1uFOPLgcl8

  • @deshaebeasley Agreed. That would be a step up.

  • Or you can just call St. Louis "the Loo"

  • One of your best interviews, Stefan!

  • you can't blame the Greek people without blaming humans in general. banks know and feed on human frailties. If an gator one of the greatest predictors for the last 100,000,000 years,if I feed him for two weeks straight he would abandon all his instincts and beg for food. man with his large brain is no different. we didn't invent tools because we are clever we did it because it was easier.

  • David makes it sounds like the greek people where living in luxury? Or is he referring to the minority of psychopaths at the top?

  • where does the wealth tax proposed by Greg Philo fit into all this?

  • it would be great to see a flow chart of all these interlocking systems to aid understanding

  • I am interested to know what are the differences and similarities between Anarcho-Capitalism and the Austrian school of economics? if you can recommend some books to read About this topic. I'd be very grateful.

  • @nekarui The Austrian School only describes why things happen in the economy, it does not prescribe how society should be organized. Of course, if you're an Austrian then you're much more likely to also be either a minarchist or anarchist because you can clearly see that the government causes most economic problems. For reading, I don't know, mises.org is probably a great resource.

  • people always hate on socialism, yet the countries that always are voted best places to live in the world, least crime, least poverty, more affordable education are always like Norway, Denmark, Sweden etc.

How can you argue with $200 a semester university?

  • @coopmuch56 In their short lives, the socialist European experiments were lauded as practical heavens on earth. At this point when every centrally planned Keynesian economy is failing and bankrupt, they don't look quite so shiny and special, though some are in worse shape than others. Sweden is a particularly bad example; while the people may still be content, the nightmare persecution of Julian Assange and others show the country has devolved into a "democratic" tyranny of closed minds.

  • @coopmuch56 The United States is a socalist country.

  • @i2aymond LOL more like fascism actually, corporations merging with government is right wing, socialism is left.

  • @coopmuch56 Fascism is a socalist ideology.

  • @i2aymond Actually they are like complete opposites, go look at a political spectrum chart.

  • @coopmuch56 Fascism is a form of socialism like humans are a form of primates. Google "Hitler was a socialist" by John Ray.

  • @i2aymond " Nazism was founded out of elements of the far-right racist völkisch German nationalist movement and the violent anti-communist Freikorps paramilitary culture that fought against the uprisings of communist revolutionaries in post-World War I Germany."

You don't know what your talking about.

  • @coopmuch56 And this ladies and gentlemen has been a debate on the internet. Good day.

  • And the moral is, Don't lend to socialists.

  • Watch "Money Masters" full movie by Bill Still. You will know all about what is happening.

  • Greece has the power of the debtor. Lenders to Greece are praying for Greece to accept to be screwed by the banksters. I thing it is time that everything goes down to the toilet. It's shocking that the civilization that gave us democracy is forced not to carry out a referendum with their folks. Perhaps it might be less painful for all of us if some or all of the big fatty piggish and vulturous banksters are hung from the highest tree in town.

  • @edcugata "big fatty piggish and vulturous banksters"

    *smh*

It was the big fatty piggish and vulturous POLITICIANS that issued the debt, so they could hand out goodies to the voters and stay in office.

It was clearly stupid to buy the debt, but it's normal ( no matter how you feel about it). The US gov't and FED do it all the time.

It was the POLITICIANS that forced that debt on the citizens without a vote.

  • @jeffiek

So, according to your understanding, the financiers are a group of naive that lend the money to Greece and they did not foresee that Greece was not going to honor the service, the same they did granting $1 million mortgages to people earning $8 per hour. Quite flat and simple assessment of yours. They did so because now the own the country, their utilities, the right of the land and the sea. I would advice you to visit Central and South America to see how the banksters work.

  • @edcugata I would advise you to wake up and realize it's the politicians you worship so much that are the root of the problem.

    Either

    1) The government represents the will of the people. In which case they got what they wanted.

    2) It doesn't. In which case they're just a gang of thugs.

    Take your pick.

I never said the banker were naive. In fact, I clearly said it was stupid make the loan.

Central and South America also have POLITICIANS.

  • @jeffiek Perhaps I wasn't totally clear in my statements. I don't recall having defended the politicians; in fact I don't pay respect to them at all, they are arrogant, and useless and besides respectable exceptions, they all must be blamed for this mess too; but still, I believe the banksters shall take a big chunk of the blame and must be taken to justice for their crimes against humanity . Direct democracy is the solution

  • @edcugata "Direct democracy is the solution"

That's brilliant. There are 10's of thousands of laws/regulations written in the US every year.

Care to bet on how many will catch that hidden subsidy on pork ( other than the pig farmer )?

Care to bet on how many vote to raise SS?

Care tp bet on how many minutes your direct democracy will last?-

  • @jeffiek It won't start in the States. It's a decadent empire at its last stages of collapse. Time will tell. See you there.

  • @edcugata I notice the total absence of any comment on your part about the politicians role in all this.

YOUR simple minded naivete, your blind acceptance and ignorance of politicians comes through loud and clear.

You wouldn't know reality if it bit you in the ass.

  • @jeffiek And another thing. The banks are creations of the government. They operate under the governments rules. They operate with the governments blessing. They operate with money the government requires you to use.

Notice how many places the government has their fingers in?

  • @edcugata I agree, but i think it would be more proper to get this thugs Mossolini stily, in the streets stone to death by the people, and lets also put the politicians and burocrats that were all the way in in this "legal plunder" of the country and its people.

  • @megatherium100 To get rid of all of them direct democracy is the solution.

Let's not be violent because violence is the field they feel comfortable in and will win. This is a battle through peace, the battle where 6.9 billion people of this planet is set to be win.

  • @edcugata ... direct democracy is rediculous and completely anti-liberty - its everyone getting a "say" in how everyone is to be controlled. The REAL solution is to eliminate the notion of control altogether.

  • The Euro was an Economic change made for Political reasons.

    never a good move.

  • @Bernd1964 I believe you missed the point entirely. End Central Banks and FIAT currencies, do not allow the elites to instate an electronic fiat. European countries can do that.

  • How many different headphones do you have stef? I swear it changes in every video.

  • Greece got in not based on false data, but it stayed there despite everyone knowing that they no longer follow the criteria. But honestly, Germany and France were the first ones to break these rules. There are certain criteria, written on paper at least, that you have to follow to be abble to enter and to stay in Euro.

Btw did you know that EU president Van Rompuy has a bigger salary than the US one? How fucked is that.

  • Please don't pronounce St. Louis as "St. Lewey". I live here and we find that offensive

  • @brush200400 thank you for the tip, I will try to remember it!

  • @stefbot Under the notion Stef, that us St. Louis residents won't call you "Steven Molynucks" ;-)

  • @brush200400 what a petty lamer, i have seen people make lame and petty comments but this one takes the cake. So are you a proud st. louisian or something. The US has a plague of douchebags and you are no exception to that rule.

  • @brush200400 How do you want people to pronounce it? o_O As far as I know he pronounced it great.

  • @brush200400 the why dont you change the damn spelling to "St Lewis"! You dont get to change the rules of pronunciation of the English language - what arrogance!

  • @BiggerThinking1 Words are pronounced much differently in different places. "Lewey" is more traditional; the "American pronunciation" is Lewis

  • Sorry Stef, could not listen to this one. David's mic droning is unbearable.

  • kind of confusing. There were a lot of terms and words that I was not familiar with (I didn't know what the meant)

I got the gist of the conversation, but deep understanding would require a lot of word look-ups and research. some day...

  • It is all very simple. Fiat currency models are mathematically certain to fail, no matter how you manipulate the system. Period. All this other male bovine fecal matter is splitting hairs and finger pointing. Get to the source, the Central Banks, end them, end the threats. IT WILL HURT in the short run, and there will be strife and unrest.

  • @StPetePussPatrol I mean all debt that resulted from compound interest that originated from a fractional reserve bank loan. They still should pay off the principal still but not the interest on money that never existed. I mean is it fair to buy a house 3 times but the real producer of that home only gets paid once and the bank(non producer) gets paid 3 times just it has licence to print money and steal? What you think about that? Is that not fair?

  • intended to control is what i meant to say. All these bullshit derivatives, and any money ponzi scheme should be written off and destroyed. Then we have to set up community banks that act as direct credit clearing houses where real producers can exchange money. Banks shouldn't loan anything unless we choose them to act as our broker for our saved money. They should never be allowed to create credit loans out of thin air.

  • This illusiary debt is just that illusiary and is indebetd to control. Why do we let these banks control and indebt us. Lets write off their B.S. Debt, and move on with real purpose of banks which is public utility.

  • Its time to write off all the 3rd world debt and all debt that was a result from a banking scam called Fractional reserve banking which is the biggest scam of all. Why dont you libertarians talk about this kind of stuff instead of, "oh they have so much debt that they are screwed, how can we ever get out of debt". Why not write off the bullshit debt, and set up utility banks that act as an intermediary for exchange of goods/services from productive members of society? Check out Tom Greco!

  • what the hell does muddling mean? Does this so called economics expert need to go back to Grammar school? Did he mean Meddling?

  • muddle |ˈmədl|

    verb [ with obj. ]

bring into a disordered or confusing state: they were muddling up the cards.

  • Entitlements are not always about getting a "free lunch." If the government hadn't taken that money away in the first place, the people would not have any entitlements to be fighting over.

  • @ltlblugrl

then they should argue against theft rather than to just give the system anothe justification to rob from the next generation.

  • @ProDCloud They don't know any better. That's the challenge we have ahead of us. :-(

  • Please just pronounce the greek currency as a native english speaker would. It sounds horrible when you're doing the "drrrachrrrr" thing.

  • LOL, The IMF is like a FAT SPIDER and all the Euro zone countries are in it's web. Like flies their fear the BIG FAT SPIDER sucking out their life's blood, but Greece may be a Wasp ! Realizing it can fight for it's life. If the flies could shed fear and all attack the spider, the Zionists (Rothschild banksters) would retreat.. and gain respect for "WASPS" .. Place a match to their bill, and laugh it off. They can't do shit.

  • @ZoneofA One dumbass giving his opinion on something he dosent know anything about. Really nice ilustration of the internet

  • The Greek Government was infiltrated by criminals masquerading as banks and these loans were forced on the Greeks. Molyneaux studiously avoids mentioning that the loans went directly to the infiltrators in various ways, and did not actually fund any social programs or anything beneficial to the people.

  • @beausoleil2012 Give me a break. Do you have a clue what sovereign debt is?

It's money borrowed BY THE FRIGGIN GOVERNMENT. Yes, I'm shouting. The government forced these debts on the people.

Banks making money from thin air? Absolutely. Now WHO cooked the books trying to get into that system?

    THE GREEK GOVERNMENT.

What are you going to claim next? That the pink unicorns did it?

  • And usury does not mean 'interest free'. Usury is the charging of interest, and it usually refers to interest rates that verge on the criminal.

  • What's wrong with it is that it's not the bank's money in the first place, so both the interest and the capital is stolen.

  • @ZoneofA The Greeks are already starving themselves via fiat currencies, collectivism, democracy, and greed.

  • @matthewbyrd777 (zombie voice) Sociopath!

  • @ZoneofA yawwwn... statists saying, "you guys just want the poor to stave in the streets" is the oldest crap in the book

  • @WorthlessCurrency Never gets less annoying though.

  • @ZoneofA Greece - the birthplace of democracy.

2,500 years of experience. They have only themselves to blame.

  • @jeffiek

It is corrupt government and bankers, it isn't just greece, it is a sickness effecting all of the west with one or two exceptions, ie Germany and Canada and maybe Australia, the rest are goners and as always the people will pay for this!!

  • @iraaus I was replying to beasuoleil2012. Whose specific complaint was Greece.

  • @jeffiek The Greeks have completely forgotten the lesson of Solon.

  • @jeffiek

Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.

  • @ZoneofA I really wish it was possible for you and your ilk to have your very own country, where just people who believed as you do could live on your own and experiment with your ideology. Then we could all stand back and watch you all starving to death within a year or two due to your absolute ignorance of anything to do with reality. We would of course let anyone who wanted to, come back to reality, but you would be required to read Atlas Shrugged during your recovery from starvation.

  • @Panpiper You corporate shrills, aka libertarians, kill hundreds of millions every year around the globe by denying access to food, medicine and basic social services. Having a state without your sociopathic ilk would best I could hope to get.

  • @ZoneofA I wonder how 'we' kill hundreds of millions when the world death rate is only 56 million? Clearly we are responsible for old age as well. Never mind that we "corporate shills" point out how corporations are a legal fiction invented by the state and in our ideal world, they would not even exist. No, but you cannot let facts get in the way of your ideology.

  • @ZoneofA - you'll find no sympathy for your call to violence here. Move along to another room with others who look to gubbmint guns as the solution to social problems.

  • Now I understand

  • @Carnivalofllusion Last time I checked Canada was part of the continent America

  • 4:35 - well, is not all money = debt, how then can all this debt be ever payed back? Greece is just an entity in this commerce game.

  • my speakers are playing up, was it the comptoncenter (dot) org?

    great interview

  • @AnarchyEnsues Try this cobdencentre. org

  • Youtube search, Roger Hayes: Creating A Lawful Banking System, usury free banking system. I don't know if this is the answer but it is something to think about.

  • @cchessmaster Usury free means interest free which would prevent anyone getting funds needed to finance pretty much all important development projects, new products, upgrade in manufacturing facilities etc. I frequently see people pushing these anti interest nostrums and they make no economic sense. Interest is simply the price a party charges for foregoing the use of their money until an agreed upon future date. What's wrong with that?

  • @Mosier2 You need to study up on how the banking system works. They don't lend anybody money. They create money out of thin air and then charge you interest for nothing of value. There is only one signature on a loan and it ain't the banks. When you borrow $100,000 to buy a house you have to pay back $200,000 is that anywhere near moral or ethical? The bank did nothing for that $100,000.

  • @cchessmaster I am fully aware of how the fiat money, fractional reserve system works. I am fully opposed to it and advocate a free market money system which undoubtedly would be a commodity based money, most likely gold and silver as has been the case for thousands of years. I probably should have made clear in my prior post that my comments on interest were applicable to an honest monetary system - not the current counterfeit central bank system stealing the value of people's savings.

  • Third!!!

  • Why is it that Molyneux likes to pass himself off as an American? He does live in, vote in or pay taxes in America. Matter of fact he hails from a spare bedroom in Canada last I checked? I wonder if he thinks he'll be taken more seriously if he pretends?

  • @CarnivalofIllusion what the balls are you talking about? at what point does he try pass himself off as american apart from stating he lives in the north american continent. The last requisite for being taken seriously would be american.

  • @CarnivalofIllusion It matters not the messenger, but the message.

  • @crimsonsamuraiftw Thats true, but in this case Id say the messenger is the message.

  • @CarnivalofIllusion Why would he want to pretend to be American, in case you did not notice we are not very benevolent. He says "I live in Canada" @ 2:05

  • @silencedogood420 I guess Ill have to eat shit on this one. This time.

  • First!!!

  • @helltrackrider You're first to get a dick in the butt... grats

  • @alexclaton and ur second?

  • @sniped101 Second person to post a comment? yes, yes I am.
