I HATED that he said this. I believed he was going to die because this is when Matthew kept saying "I know how it ends" so I believed him. I love him, but he shouldn't have said this.

It´s funny, how main characters of movies and tv shows are obsessed with this. Daniel Radcliffe (as Harry Potter) was obsessed with this too and Rowling didn´t let him to die. But Lost is drama however. :( We´ll see.
I don't want Jack to die. His destiny is on the island, but if it turns out that Jack and Kate are the skeletal remain we were introduced to in season 1, I think that will be cool.
I love Matthew but I can't believe he wanted Jack to die... I cried for a long time after the finale. I loved Jack so, so much.
