@zeezaa3 hmm... well go to joann or micheals or sallys (i recommend sallys) and go and buy 'Salon express'. its the same thing as konad but waaayyy cheaper! its $9.99. konad is about $20-$30.

salon express comes with 5 plates, a stamper, a plate holder, and a scraper.

also, konad plates cost $7.00 each. not worth it.

I have one of these stamper kits too but mine is the one with Hello Kitty my problem is every time I scrape off the excess polish it comes off of the image too I have no idea how to make it not ALL completely come off but if anyone has any tips that would be great :]

Help Me! I just got a set of 25 nail plates from Amazon (not the bundle monster ones... I don't remember the seller) and the Konad double end stamper/scraper set. The problem I'm having with it is that the image doesn't really stick well (to the stamper or the nail) and when it does, the image looks slightly smeared. Am I doing something wrong or is there something I can do to help it stick better? It would really appreciate your reply! Thanks!

I just bought a set of 24 stamps. They definitely do work. Two things to remember are: 1) U have a few extra seconds to work with once it's on the stamp if u need to, but u absolutely MUST pick up the image with the stamp immediately after u scrape the excess polish off. 2) The polish u use really does determine how the image comes up. Obviously the thicker the polish, the better it comes up. It should be highly pigmented as well. Stamping is fun! Enjoy!

I tried it with Wet 'n Wild polish but for some reason my konad stamp isn't catching the image from the plate like how the regular konad polish does =(

@mduong26 what color did you get? the black and white work well for me. a trick i found you could do is rough up your stamper with a nail file. just file it back and forth on the stamper, wipe and see if that works. let me know

Here's my take on the special polishes: They are the way to go if you don't want to have any guess work. But just like you said, regular polishes that are solid and well pigmented do work. Out of the 12 polishes I have, only brown and white worked well. The rest were too shimmery or sheer.
