  • Simply put, mustangs are the greatest cars ever made. God's gift to man really. No other way to slice it.

  • thems some nice 13.8 second cars

  • @DirtRoadDude prolly more like 11.8 lol

  • @DirtRoadDude The new mustang v6 can run 13.8s

  • I don't think so, the fox body driver is fuck............. the Cobra SVT is great, but not enough to 347 stroker

  • The 03 cobra is laughing at the 5.0 on take off

    "waaaaaWAHEHEHEwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa"

  • @TacticalZeroCrack haha it really does sounds like its laughing thats hillarious

  • i love fox bodies but i love terminators more ;)

  • That 347 must not have been built right.... I'm not a big fan of the foxbodies and the 03-04 cobra's are nasty, but I had a 90 lx hatch with a built 306cid that was almost even with the 03-04 cobra's and a friend of mine had a 347 stroker that would woop a terminator......

  • @02mustangguy or the 347 was built right and the cobra has a non stock blower... (which it obviously does because it whines like a banshee)

  • @02mustangguy your an idiot, that terminator could of had anything done to it, cai, exhaust, smaller pully, sct tune, and the list goes on...the fox just lost, plain and simple. oh and your friend with the 347 stroker would take a stock terminator, but thats it. stock have a nice day!

  • Yeah!!! Fuck that old shit!!!

  • 0:16 Damn dat be sum fas mutangs dog!!

  • @C6RLemans Hahahahahahaha

  • Shits sik

  • even the supercharger was laughing

  • Woah that supercharger sounded sick in second

  • i only watched this because of the sick blower whine

  • Ah what did you expect the new car has independent rear suspension and the Fox body has a solid axle rear end, the new car hooks-up to the road with more traction.

  • They need to put a good driver behind the wheel of the 93 who ever drove that cobra pulled a good hole shot on the 93. the person driving the 93 did a shitty job of driving. neither of the cars appear to be 10 second rides mid to low 12 second at best.

  • my money's on the red one

  • of course the svt is gonna win. I've never seen a race on youtube of an svt loosing

  • No passengers the extra weight slows you down..

  • I wanna see that fox on the track .... I think that race would be a but more even if it was not on the street.....a 347 with juice is deadly!

  • Terminator got jump and looks like he can drive, fox didn't do to bad and looked to be realling him in. Good fun thx for the video

  • Dude I have a 306 with afr 185s and have way better results than your 347 .....you were on nitrous too???.... Man you have to pull that motor out and re-think everything ... Either that or your car is bottle necking? Because in the pre video it looks like you have a stock m.a.f sensor and I can't see the injectors colors....if so get a new maf sensor and injectors otherwise that intake manifold and those afr's are not doing their full potential .

  • i have a cobra and i know on a track that 5.0 would f up that cobra

  • @ktj169 obviously you don't otherwise you would know the terminator is a beast. or if you do have one, its not the 03/04 as in the vid.

  • @ Boom.... you really need to shut your mouth and watch the video for what it is. NOBODY CARES you have blah blah and stick it in the blah blah, because nobody is better than you. Stop trolling and actually appreciate the video. OP, Amazing video guys. keep up the good work. Its not easy getting a fox body a good kill on a modded terminator :)

  • @zipo1200 Well said!

  • I can whip there ass's whith my 2011 shelby cobra

  • @Dixie276 Lucky! I just picked up a `12 GT and love it. Love the new body lines, soooo sexy lol...

  • both cars would be crushed when i pull in with my 57 chevy...

  • damn that guy in the svt can DRIVE!

  • traction control on cobra

  • termi ftw

  • I live my life a quarter mile at a time.

  • kenne bell cying

  • Chargerbaseball 5 obviously you have never driven either 1 of these vehicles there's no way that the 5.0 would catch a cobra, 347 stroker 5.0 barely make it 350 horse at the crank the 03/04 cobra with pulleys makes 450 + at the wheels

  • 5.0 spun its ass off. if it had hooked i think it would have been a different story :)

  • you gotta love uneducated comments.

  • 5.0s cost wayy too much to make fast and it's not even worth it.

  • @need2speed94 lmao you have no idea what your talking about

  • @need2speed94 seriously how could you say it costs way to much to build a fast pushrod 302?

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI let me rephrase that... it would cost more to make a 302 fast than taking the GM motor of choice at the time (LT1 or LS1). I could put the same amount of money into a 5.0 and LT1 and the LT1 would be faster... and an LS1 would be unfair. Both of those motors have so many advantages over the 5.0. Especially the LS1.

  • @need2speed94 maybe a 350 vs a 302 but you can still work a 302. actually you can build both motors for the same price even the 351 windsor. i see alot of 302s pissin on LT1s and LS1s. its about whats been done to the car and engine. no matter what the brand is. and yeah i seen chevy motors get up there in price too, and thats naturally aspirated! and exactly what is the advantagesdo they have over the 302 besides cubic inches?

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI let me start by saying you can make ANYTHING fast with money... but anyway, stock for stock id much rather start with an LT1 or LS1. You start with more power, and since you have more C.I. you have more potential for more power. And I have an LS1 in my maro, so ill compare that to a 302/351. LS1 is aluminum (ligher), its a 4 bolt main (holds up to power better), more C.I. (more power), LS1 is physically smaller (more room for power adders, etc.) very superior to the 302/351

  • @need2speed94 stock vs stock ok fox body 302s were shitting on the LT1s camaros back in the 80s and early 90s. ford never put a pushrod engine in any car after 96 so how can you even compare a LS1 to a LT1 or 302/351? i seen the prices on building LS1s moremore money then a LT1 or 302/351. dont compare a LS1 that has been made for the past 10 years. its has more modern technology then both LT1 and 302/351s thats been outdated since the 90s! compare LS1 and new 5.0s..............

  • technology has a huge part with engine performance. hands down. in the past 10 years the technology has come along way for engines and transmisions, you can build smaller cubic inch motors to out perform big blocks in certain areas where a big inch motor wont do it good at a certain RPM level as a smaller cubic inch will get you there faster! so really how can you compare a LS1 to a LT1 or a 302/351? but of course LT1s and 302/351s can piss on LS1s, and its a more common place too!

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI definitely... and ford shows that... they chose the small displacement/blower for their high performance motors now. The blown/forged 4.6 in the terminator cobras is a perfect example... so is the blown 5.4 4v in the GT500s. Although GM has stuck to the older pushrod design and kep the higher displacement and they compete very well with ford's blown motors. Im not much of a ford fan anymore as they have to have power adders to keep up with GM.

  • @need2speed94 The new Ford 5.0 puts out the same power as GM's 6.0 liter... I absolutely love and respect Ford and GM equally and have been a fan of the Camaro and Mustang since I started driving them in the '80s... I really love the old school cubic inches and pushrods, but I love just as much the new advanced designs of Ford. They have figured out the trick to making HUGE power with small displacement with the new technology (German & Japanese influence I might add) and design.

  • @need2speed94 ford chose the 4.6l and 5.4l in the 90s to replace the smallblocks for more reliability. a N/A 4.6l tops out at around 450hp a stroked 4.6l is around 500hp and a N/A 5.4l tops out around 540 maybe little more. modular guys are using blowers cuz its easier to get 500hp and more all the way 1100hp and still be a street driven car. for bad ass street cars modulars dont need blowers at all.

  • @need2speed94 dont take this the wrong way, but the modular ford engine (all of them) has relability for both car and truck that cant be matched by both GM and Chryslers pushrod engines. ford rectified the issue with modulars due to theyre smallbore shrouding the valves thats why guys put power adders on them (more air). the 5.0 and 6.2l dont have those problems, theres also rumors in the ford camp that ford will be putting out a big bore 5.8l in 2013 as a standard GT500 engine........

  • the 5.8l will be an option for the mustang GT and rumored to be a new Mach1 coming soon. personally id rather see ford bring back the Fairlane and use the mustang platform to keep cost down. i dont like mustangs i like their engines. and GM will be soon converting over to overhead cam designs in a few years, with a 3.900 bore with direct injection. that is coming!! you can have a big displacement engine without pushrods look at the new 6.2. 4.020 bore,

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI i think ford should keep the car as 'muscle' oriented as possible... so i think they should return to higher displcement motors... and hell, N/A GM motors are already superior to blown Ford motors and they're pushrods... i cant imagine the nightmare Ford is gonna have once GM updates to newer technology OHC.

  • @need2speed94 funny you said that, because if i remember to get a LS1 faster then a blown 4.6l you need to build it, alot more money and yet you lose streetability! 210 cathedral ports heads 100mm tb a big ass cam of atleast 540. lift on a pushrod, yeah not a good choice. thats the reason vettes have blower to make more power and keep it streetable.

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI the only major difference that makes the blown 4.6 have an advantage is it has forged internals so it can run high boost. if the ls1 had forged internals it would be over for the 4.6. and its actually cheaper to just buy a crate LS1 and purchase forged internals than to buy a 4.6 out of a cobra. and besides....if you wana make serious power your gonna wana drop the stock eaton blower on the 4.6, so why buy it anyway? and since the LS1 has more cubes, it has more potential.

  • @need2speed94 stock 4.6s dont have forged bottom ends. and cobra? wtf? you dont need a cobra motor to beat a LS1! even the 4.6l 2valves with boost under 14lbs will make insane power. its cheaper to build a boosted 2v then a 4v cobra motor. but the 4v head has more potential because of the extra valves. its a matter of how much air and fuel you combust in the chamber to spin that crank! regaurdless of size.

  • again in order to get a LS1 to beat a blown 4.6 you need to build it and yet you lose streetability. instead thats why its cost effective for a street driven LS car to get a forged bottom end, and then supercharge it. but even then due to the dimensions of a rev happy 4.6l i bet you can spin a 4.6l modular faster then a LS. youll spend more money on the LS then you would a 4.6l

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI making it similar to a 4.6 would not make it unstreetable... and i know it can rev higher... its proven that OHC motors rev higher than pushrods.

  • @need2speed94 making what similar to a 4.6l? the 4.6 revs high because of its 3.550bore and 3.540 stroke. the 5.4l cant rev as high because of its 4.140 stroke, with out the use of forced induction. its not necisarally true that a OHC motor could rev higher then a pushrod when in reality the cams is just moved on top of the cylinder head. the more valves you have the more it will be able to rev also. the bore/stroke is what determines how fast an engine can rev.

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI say they have the same stroke... and very similar engine specs, the OHC would be able to rev higher.

  • @need2speed94 i said what had the same stroke?

  • trust me the new 5.0 wont have a problem pissin on the new gm motors when they come out! even the 5.8l. even the 3v and 4v 4.6s pissed on the 6.2 camaro. challenger dont even!they weigh too much!! no matter what the dodge car will take a backseat to ford and gm. the new gm motors are going to be so similar to the 5.0 and remember gm is going with a smaller bore of 3.900 and a stroke of under 3.400, thats about a 325 cubic inch motor. i wonder what kind of heads theyll use. 2v? 3v? 4v? well see!

  • well...the passenger in the fox weighed it down and tht is why they lost...that is an extra 200ibs....haha

  • 5.0 needs a pair of sticky Mickey's out back!

  • Supercharger sounds sweet!

  • corvettes are for chicks with dicks

    these are big boy rides

    lovin the fox

  • fuck running on them shit roads lol

  • i pretty sure i could take a 302 with my 122 zetec

  • From a Corvette owner: it's like watching a second grader fight a third.

  • wtf is on that SVT cause it sounds like a damn supercharger with a BoV cause it makes a funny noise @ 14secs.

  • @FM3TTTRaceClan svt cobra's are all supercharged from the factory!

  • correct outcome

  • dude in the 5 liter dont know how to drive

  • @boomerdc why do you say that?

  • @NedacFilms because when I had my 5 liter, had some minor bolt ons and 150 nitrous, and I could walk off on 04 cobras, when I had my 330 I didnt even need it I destroyed them so bad. that is either not a 347 or dont have the hose or both. them cobras only run a 12.8 stock and I ran a 12.1 with my 302 and hose. I ran 11.55 with my 330 no hose and a 10.4 with my 330 and hose.

so I think that either someone is not telling the whole story or that guy just flat out cant drive.

    thats no 10sec race

  • @boomerdc Eveything you are talking about is track stuff... slippery street and prepped track are way different surfaces, and both these cars have run in the 11 second range at the track, Cobra is not stock either. Fox body has more torque and is having a very hard time getting a bite on the road... And, what is "the whole story"? and who ever said these were 10 second rides?

  • @NedacFilms Match point!

  • @NedacFilms Yea public roads are the great equalizer alot of times.

  • @boomerdc coupes have been known to do 12.4's and are advertised at 12.6 stock verts are 12.8 cars and a bolt on cobra is easily into the 11's but i do love a 5.0 had a bunch of them but i like my terminator much better

  • @boomerdc

Same here, have a 347 stroker setup on my 91 notch, running mid 11's NA and street drivable, I walk on charged cobras all day, guy wasn't banging gears or really has a stock bottom end on nos.....

  • @boomerdc The Cobra sounds like its got a Kenne Bell, so of course it beat a foxbody with a 347. I'm not hatin', I'm just saying that there's no question why the Cobra would win.

  • @boomerdc By your definition, being a "good driver" means having a more tricked out and all around better/faster car.

You put your foot on the pedal and you shift correctly. You can try and make it seem as complicated as you want, its not.

  • @boomerdc Its prolly a pullied cobra, they run mid to low 11's and it takes a hell of a fox to catch those on the street. fox's do good on the track cause they are so light that with slicks they just grip and rip out the hole hard. on the street with no slicks it just doesnt have the top end. if he had a fully built 351 with a 150 shot, then it would be close but i would still put my money on the terminator.

  • @boomerdc troll

  • @boomerdc whoever said the cobra was stock?

  • @NedacFilms so so true because 5 year ago my stang ran 6.50 with a 306

  • @boomerdc i was thinking the same exact shit buddy

  • @boomerdc well i dont think that foxbody is blown like the 04 is thats prolly why the 04 won

  • @boomerdc right? plus he has a passenger what a fool.

  • 0 to 60 in 7.2 seconds.....not bad

  • i love foxbodies but ill take a terminater shuve or leave it lay haha i love fords

  • Cobra's are the big boys, all day everyday!

  • My Lingenfelter SS will blow the doors off these buckets!!!!!!!!! SVTKILR

  • @svtkilr does it make you feel better to write this on here??? so what. what does your shit SS have to do with this video. I happened to buy that Cobra with my own money that I worked for so you can take your SS and shove it in your ass. have a great day!

  • I love how the fox body has a passenger lol what is this amateur hour? nice vid

  • @Bzimmer21 LOL yeah she has to blow the cobra diver now!

  • its sounds like his car is laughing when it hits second

  • Put a supercharger on the fox then it would be fair

  • @chadharvey100 the fox has a bigger motor idiot lol

  • @xMcgamer3oh3x i have a question, are you hispanic? or latino of any sort (honest curiousity)

  • both of these are amazing rides, i would drive either wanna these ponys and do it proubly, nice cars guys

  • soon as my website blows up I'm getting a mustang. My Homie died who got me into mustangs and I'm made a promise to Build a nasty one.

  • @Logoforlifedotcom what type website are you working on? I own the Mustang-Town(dot)com website... maybe we can help each other out a bit. Sorry about your buddy.

  • @NedacFilms ,anyone can advertise anything they want on it For life for only $10 it's like your own little digital billboard with the option to send people anywhere you want.I have it up now as for people who want more exposure to their youtube channel but really anyone can put up anything and be able to change it instantly anytime they want. I think it's a good idea it.I'm almost out on my ass to.You don't know how nice it is for you to reach out to help me.Thank you! link is in my channel

  • @NedacFilms Nice site, I just checked it out. Good layout and love the videos.

  • @Logoforlifedotcom sorry bout ya buddy and you his bud you better get a mustang and dnt look back lol. i love stangs to the fullest

  • @turbo98gt Thanks, trust me I've been wanting one for many years.I can't wait till I get one.I got one mustang on my site so far.

  • @Logoforlifedotcom i feel you

  • I love my Fox, but I want a Cobra so bad I can taste it.

  • i know the 5.0 has nos but what did the cobra have done too it?

  • @LJMKR8 it has bolt's and pulley has far has i can tell by listening, i have a 03 cobra #3155 so im know when there is a pulley on these cars

  • @foxsetup You don't want to do a John force burnout on street tires because they'll glaze over and then you'll be worse off than were you started lol. Like everyone else stated below you just give them a quick spin to clean them off.

  • just listen to that supercharger whistle.. damn

  • lol I love when people do burnouts on street tires, all its doing is wasting rubber, only drag slicks grab more traction when they are heated up!!!

  • @GoFoMoCo The Fox-Body has Drag Radials...

  • @NedacFilms the cobra doesn't..and it won lol

  • @NedacFilms word, and even on my street tires I still gain traction from a moderate burnout.

  • @ztwntyn8 just like the Cobra did, you just "clean" your street tires, without over-heating. ...and at the track you drive around the water and clean them as well. That is how you drag race with street tires.

  • @NedacFilms yep, looks about right to me. I always go around the water box with street tires.

  • @NedacFilms You sir, are correct.

  • @GoFoMoCo hmm even street ruber gain a little bit of traction when they are heated.

  • @GoFoMoCo How do you figure? Long burnout on street tires makes them more brittle and provides less traction however a 2 sec or less burnout provides more stick. Where are you pulling out this info?

  • @AVOwagon Regular street tires will not hold any heat long enough for the tire to get sticky and help at all, also doing burnouts with street tires can easily cause small chucks of rubber to break away from your tires and cause even less grip. I'm pulling this info from experience.

  • @GoFoMoCo As ridiculous as it may be you're still wrong... It may not cause a difference as large but it does cause a small difference. The rubber they're ALL made of has the same physical properties... so physics says it must be so. Just a smaller surface area contacting the ground.

  • @xenthar79 No, you're wrong. The rubber that street tires are made of, and the rubber that drag tires are made of, have a lot of DIFFERENT physical properties...not just a smaller surface area.

  • @GoFoMoCo 1st: I didn't say surface area was the only difference. 2nd: Since chemically the rubber they're made from is physically the same they DO have similar qualities and effects. Drag tires are made of less dense(softer) rubber than street tires so the effect heat has in making them tackier is greater, however street tires have the same effect to a lesser extent... coupled with less surface area makes it impractical - but not useless to heat the tires to get better traction.

  • @GoFoMoCo or winters!

  • @GoFoMoCo hot rubber ALWAYS grabs more then cold rubber.

  • @Sahadi420 That is NOT true.

  • @GoFoMoCo what kinda tires are you talking about??

  • @Sahadi420 street tires get slippery when hot.

  • @GoFoMoCo are you serious yes you do get better traction on street tires when you burnout

  • @hatchback74nova No you don't dude... you never do burnouts on street tires, you only quickly spin them to clean the dirt, gravel, etc off of them. If you watch an experienced Drag racer, on street tires, he will drive around the water in the burnout box then punch the throttle quickly for a second to clean them. You only want to heat up soft compound drag radials and slicks.

  • @hatchback74nova no you dont. you are a recipient of some bad information...

  • I love the sound of Cobra's.

  • The cobra sounded like a wild indian coming out of a hole ready to eat something

  • @JameZCody wow you are really descriptive.....lmao....shit had me trippin for a few minutes....a ravenous indian, really????!!!!

  • What happens when some other car driver comes the opposite way?? lol

  • Sound like the SVT was laughing once it pulled away lol

  • @ishallkil i know love eaton superchargers

  • got'em by 2 cars not bad...lol

  • mustang cobras in general fuckin from 427 to gt500 or svt its the shit no matter what! american muscle all other countries you dont like this our shit suck my dick!

  • @cuntofduty69 Serious words of wisdom right here everyone.....pay close attention to this guy. Its clear he knows what hes talking about.

  • take 'em to the track so the fox could launch on the bottle...there would be a different story then!

  • damn that dude could shift that cobra.

  • @Hotbluefire89 I 100% agree. they look like killer whales in my opinion. super bad ass killer whales with superchargers strapped to their blowholes.

  • Now all thats missing is a beer and some cheap SS crap

  • svt fails man where are the mustang gt's

  • mui biien , exelenteee ,

  • in my opnion the two best looking modern mustangs, the 04 cobra and the foxbody ^__^ mmmmm.

  • god i love the whine of cobras ^__^ cant stop lovin it

  • This is exactly what I want in my two car garage.

  • @nedacfilms this is scott i commented below for everyone. i got another one by the way...time to break the camera back out! lol

  • @nurotoxin26 Nice... shoot me an email from my website "Mustang-Town(dot)com" ... would love to get together and do a full video shoot on your new Cobra. About time you found this video...LOL!!! Its been many years... Good to hear from you!

  • this is scott the driver of the cobra. gonna clear up a few things. the fastest the cobra went at the track was an 11.81 at 117. the lx wasnt an 347 it was a 327 and was not spraying. we are all friends just having fun as usual. at the track on spray the lx wouldve outran the cobra. it has a pully swap, predator tune and full bassani exhaust. full cold air and other minor stuff. for haters get over yourselves...for those that enjoyed it....awesome i do too...great video.

  • looks to me like that 04 cobra jumped off way early!! i think he just said GO and left ..

  • @dustin0888 even if he did jump early, would it really have made a change in the race? The Cobra was steady pulling throughout... (way early? maybe a fraction, of a split, of a 1/8 of a second...)

  • @dustin0888 Way early, really? I don't see it, and I've prolly watched this 30 times.

  • nothing beats the TERMIS

  • What was done too that cobra? Pully?

  • lol the guy in the cobra must be a nerd, he has nobody with him when the foxbody has a person, wait mabey its why the foxbody lost, he had 2 fat people in it (:

  • @800whpcivic lol nice name nerd car

  • Fox needs to lose the passenger against the heavier Cobra

  • man my two favorite mustangs goin at it .........so beast

  • i would like to know the specs of both cars tho bc if that mustang had a 347 it shoulda been a lil closer than it was unless the cobra had some bolt ons too

  • the sweet sound of a mustang
