if someone sent me a message with an URL, can I enter directly from the menu of messaging to the URL? ... I have a message with an URL and I can't opened like I used to do when my another SE phone.. is that I can't do it from this phone? I really apreciate the help, 'cause I'm looking for an answer, and I don't really find it -________-

@PlaceboSub Yes you should be able to as long as the URL is in form of a hyperlink.Then it should give you the option to tap on it to open it. -Josh

@Seto8881 Battery life is a big issue with smartphones. So I'd say if your phone last for 2 days that is really good. -Josh

@xpdv104 I'm not completely positive if it does, however depending on where you purchase the phone and the android version you have it might support the Arabic language. -Josh

HI! just want to ask how can i delete all the messages from my sim messages?because i cant find the DELETE ALL OPTIONS. and all i can do is to delete them one-by-one, and i have almost 200 text messages on my simcard and i want to delete them all.please help and also on how to delete all the phonebook list without using FACTORY RESET? hope you can help me thnx. :)

@yhou24 To delete the messages on the SIM you may have only the option to do it one by one. To delete the numbers no the address book, press the Option/menu button and select Delete Contacts, then you should see an option to mark the contacts that you want to delete. So mark all the ones you want to delete and hit the delete button. -Josh

@sonyericssonsupport HI Josh.that's a sad thing to hear.. and also i cant find the Delete Contacts,after pressing Address Book>Contact List will appear>then pressing Menu Button these will appear Contacts to View>Import/Export>Send all Contacts>Accounts. And there's no Delete Contacts,and the only way is to select again one by one and press Edit then at the Bottom you'll find Delete Contact

@bettyjoon3 Yes, texting is easy in this model. I'd recommend the X10 over the X8 because it has a better camera, HD video recording. Will get an android 2.3 update and basically all its features a superior to the X8. -Josh

@sonyericssonsupport really? the only issue i have with that one is the price! my price range is $250 and under lol but would you go with X8 and not feel like 'settling' for less? and once again is texting really doable? that's all i do with a phone i don't use internet etc.! oh and how do you feel about the mini X10? thanks btw for answering my question!

@bettyjoon3 Don't get me wrong, I was just comparing the X10 and the X8 but I have a X10 and also a X8 and I like it too. About the X10 mini is cool to use specially that you could have it in a pocket and it won't bother you at all because of its size :) -Josh
