it's so sad that in most other parts of the country, like here in PA, doing this kind of stuff gets you a noise violation/arrested. new orleans is so lucky that the set of cultural conditions there PROMOTES this awesome way of life! the ability to go see live impromtu live music in this country is disappearing. there are more and more rules against live music, and less live music every year. this is the sad state of our ever increasing loss of freedom. keep these videos coming!
