do you know how a tank moves. the "TRACKS" on one side will stop moving or slow down on one side while the track on the other side keeps moving causing the vehicle to turn.

That has got something to do with how many frames per second the camera is filming...

A film is just a whole bunch of pictures, here the camera makes a picture, and when the camera makes the next one the tracks have moved exactly one track block, and so because all track blocks look the same it sometimes looks like the tracks aren't moving.

If he would drive slower you would clearly see the tracks moving. LIke at the beginning of this film you can clearly se them moving!
