Actually, if you look at the tempo markings it is meant to be sung exactly this fast. Japanese music has a faster tempo than you might be used to.

Just be confident, and focus on one person in the audience, preferably someone who will not make you laugh! But don't drink milk, it coats your throat and you don't want that. Don't eat anything greasy, it sits like a block in your stomach. And also, if you must eat, eat a sandwich or soup. NO DAIRY!
