First off...some of the people who've commented on your video are ridiculous. :)

Your voice isn't bad (at all) but you need to sit up straight to get the proper breath support. Also, practice singing the scales so you can sing in a wider range of notes. You don't have to be a "singer" to enjoy singing - and to do it a lot. I can understand not wanting people to see you singing but when you sing in that position it's a LOT harder to sing properly. :) So chin up and have fun.
