In the manga (the original story) Chibi Chibi is actually Sailor Cosmos, Sailor Moon's Final form (though whether she is from Sailor Moon's future or a different reality is never stated). Sailor Cosmos was fighting in the future, but when everything she loved was destroyed, she fled to the past to guide Eternal Sailor Moon so that she could destroy the Galaxy Cauldron, the source of the evil.

yes, she's chibi chibi. she's galaxia's star in the anime but is really sailormoon (whom became sailor cosmos from the future and disguised herself as a little girl traveling back to the past to help fight the battle she lost in her future) according to the manga.

In the final season of the anime she is the heart of a Sailor Scout turned bad. If I were you I would go with the manga version cause the anime one of that season is waaay to bothersome. In other words...don't watch! I don't think you would want to see some new scouts change from guys into girls...(Shiver) that will creep me out for like ever!!!!
