shit,, and i thought i had my allergies bad,, i don't sneeze as much as you but my eyes are ALWAYS red,, its as if i look high. There is never a day when i don't have my eyes white,, so i feel what you're going through,, i've had allergies since i was a baby,, and the funny thing is that i'm the only one in my HUGE family,, so its sucks,,but i definitely know how allergy sufferers feel,, because i'm one of those too!

haha your face before you sneeze its funny. My allergies aren't as bad as yours, i just get itchy eyes, a slight head ache, and a stuffy nose. And yes i sneeze but not as much as you aha. bless you

@resolveitall -- someone told me that a stuffy nose was helped by a long period of four count breathing. I dont know if hayfever includes stuffy nose. We dont use that word where i live.

@RobertW1809 Yeah i have found that breathing counts is effective, hayfever is just the english word for having allergic reactions to pollen, and yeah stuffy nose is definitly part of it :)

i think that like plants send out chemicals in the pollen as a self defense against things that might eat them. so when we get close we start swelling having reactions and our body is tricked thus we assume that it is poisonous and we stay away... or in your case, you pick it and swing it around your face to see what will happen.
