first off i own this keypad and its shit! the touch pad mouse doesn't work worth a shit and nether does the battery. id also like to mention that this is THE worst keypad I've ever used. it is also not back lit so using it in a dark room. my advice would be to burn your ps3 and buy a computer or something. the one for the xbox is just as bad!

..why not just plug in an ordinary usb keyboard? or if you wanna get fancy, then use a bluetooth keyboard. I have a mouse and a keyboard both plugged to my ps3 at all time and they sit comfortably on my coffe table, If I wanna text, its just as easy as doing it from a PC.
