@farranspointon Animal herpes cannot cross species. The virus cannot live in the open and dies pretty quickly. So unless you have your finger in their privates with a CUT then you are most likely not going to get it. well for virus I, arginine helps the virus grow and lysine helps it shrink but the problem is that lysine must be substantially higher than arginine to even start showing improvements... so for best results you have to find out what foods you can and cannot eat (which are high/low in lysine/arginine), take L-Lysine supplements ( 1250mg/day), mixing it with zinc and vitamin c supplements , and constant applications of abreva and lipactin... my last cold sore only lasted 4 days..
