I recycle the oil from my car, I dig a hole and bury it, isn't that where it comes from.

I replace my 100watt bulbs, every time they burn out.

I also help the State Highway Dept., I throw my trash out the window as I go down the highway, this gives them job security, someone has to pick it up.

I drive a Hummer, this helps the oil co. stay in business, and keep people jobs. You never got a job from a poor person, have you?

I did several money and energy saving things that are green.1.I hang dry my clothing(Saving lots of $)2.I put in small skylights and reflector tubs for natural light in my home(Saves loads $)3. I put in a water sump and use rain water for my toilets and place a weight in the tank to reduce water waste.4.A second water sump that catches rain water is to water my lawn.5.Built a solar panel to heat water to wash dishes and clothing.6.I grow a lot of foods and preserve them.7.I make my own methane.

Not my idea, but a grad student in San Diego came up with a concept that he's working on right now:

Aaron Sathrum's concept is to use solar energy to split carbon dioxide into carbon monoxide and oxygen. The CO can be converted into fuel, and the net result is less greenhouse gases.

I wonder if we could take it a step further and split it into carbon and oxygen? Plants do it using solar energy, there has to be a way to synthesize it.

I think there should be something about 'paper trash' as a whole, not just recycling. Styrofoam and plastic all should be wiped out as we find something that is biodegradable.
