#VIDEOPOSTERID# son, I gained over 12 ins on my leap by completing the workout course at (50 inch vertical [dot] com). now being being shorter than everyone else is the least thing I have to worry about in a game now, lol
BusinessRecovery, I play basketball every week. I am simply 5'10 and I am able to dunk! I just took this special jump training program at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - you can probably do it too
BusinessRecovery, dam son that is crazy. That's coming from a 5 6 PG who can dunk with EASE. I used the vertical leap training program over at 50inch vertical[dot]com and increased more than 13 ins on my jump.
your body have to be lean why ? because fist of all when your body is lean your cut the wind so you will have a better accelaration. Pratice this and your strenth accelation gonna be better.
Like a wrote you have to be lean all the time even for crossover, skating foward and backward and a tight turn. So will protect the puck more easier.
it looks so easy,i'm living in the netherlands, hockey is there not a great sport but i live it.but these are canadians who played hockey all there live.
Tell that kid you have to keep facing the same direction when you do iron crosses.
