Dear Shane, thanks for your rock solid advice. Frankly I don't know how I survived in the harsh freeride environment before I saw this video. Infact I almost didnt... last time I was freeriding on my own a giant boulder boulder fell on my arm and trapped me for 5 days. I had to saw my own arm off with a blunt allen key to get free so I could ride home. Now I have one redundant wrist guard and find it almost impossible to do indy grabs. Keep up the good work. P.S. the arm is growing back now.
