It has a very hip hop feel to it compared to faster dubstep songs. It's also a bit more melodic than a lot of dubstep. I would even go as far as saying this could easily be called trip hop. It has every element of a trip hop song in it.

In fact, the question should be what's dubstep about it? It doesn't even have a prominent wobble bass. Just a tiny bit of a wobble here and there for effect. But it's very slow and relaxing and experimental like trip hop. So that's what it is.
