Part 1: I do not think this song describes experience of drugs or anything. Each figure has meaning. 85cm is typical range (probably of Japanese) people can reach as the lyric says, 6300km is radius of the earth and 23.4 degrees are tilt of earth's axis. Because of the tilt we have different seasons in a year (depends on a country) and our world shows different view in each season as the lyric also says.

Part 2: Don’t you think that the back ground picture at 2:16 looks like the solar system? Luka seems to be singing feeling of the earth (if you get my drift). I took it as a message from the composer that you do not feel you are behind other people but “chin up and try to spin your world”

I hope I don't ruin this song for anyone, but I had a daunting realization. Luka could be singing about her experience on drugs. Before you hit dislike on this comment, think about it. She's singing about spinning and the last verse she says that the houses she's looking at instantly turn a color she's never seen before. To me that sounds like a high. Okay now you can bombard me with all the neg comments.
