definately a must read for NGA fans. Its more drama and romance, with plenty of comedy; but it's definitly a good read. Rei's character is SOOO much better then her "hollowed-out" Neon Genesis version. (Definetly more "girl friend material" if you know what i'm saying).

@suiriryoku I liked Angelic Days quite a lot, mainly because I liked the initial plot, and from reviews I thought it would be better. However, I do like Shinji Ikari Raising Project better, mainly because of the artwork, and slightly because of the plot... but Angelic Days is still well worth the read, in my opinion--and there's more of it than there is of this, as well!

@suiriryoku God, was I downed about how 'Angelic Days' ended - precisely BECAUSE I ship Shinji/Rei. Yes, even in canon - the only reason canon doesn't bum me so much is because I can understand WHY a lot of people prefer Shinji/Asuka - brother/sister incest is NOT everyone's cup of tea. I personally believe they AREN'T related too much, so it can work, but that's just me.

This manga seems to make them at least POSSIBLE, to a good degree, so I'm seriously considering buying it ...

@suiriryoku By the way, have you watched the new 'Rebuild of Evangelion' movies? Trust me - they are AWESOME! Really great storytelling, good character progression, effective condensing of the storyline - and it's watched over by the man himself - Hideaki Anno!
