Gta 4 Achievement (Chain reaction) Xbox 360

I cannot get this achievement for some reason. I once had about 15 cars and i blew them all up under 10 seconds! Is it just me or is Rockstar being retarded?

i surprisingly got that achievement randomly lmao. wen i got it i pulled over at a stoplight, got out, started shooting the cops, then i decided to try blowing them up, and i caught like, 10 cars piled up at the stoplight! but then i died in the next 2 minutes by cop
