Who are these moron-ic Flyers fans saying they're glad he's gone? We got what in return? A prospect in Schenn who likely won't stay on this year and whose upside is "Mike Richards." So, best scenario, he plays like Richards in a few years. You know who already plays like Richards?--Mike Richards! When I saw Carter got traded, I was happy as hell. When I saw Richie got traded, that's what made it all suck. Richie was the man, even though he was a party animal, he had a lot of heart. Good luck in LA.

@BroadStreetHockey18 as of right now i am fond of the trades, they seem like smart moves assuming schenn lives up to his hype, voracek and/or simmonds become a real good 2nd liner, courturier becomes a real solid player, similar to jordan staal and that JVR keeps playing like he did in the playoffs and even improves and becomes a dominant power forward in the nhl, and maybe the most underrated player in the league, Claude Giroux, people dont realize how good he is and will be in the future

I still soo sad about him being traded!! But THANK YOU for showing us .....(well use to be Flyer fan/s- I'm a King fan now) that he'll be taken care of in L.A!
