You are going to get "HIT" because I know of two families here in Carlsbad that have taken the interior of their homes that are in foreclosure down to the skeleton when buy them and walk inside your going to get nothing but a frame, no drywall, plumbing, electric etc. They feel like they were done wrong buy flipper investors, banks etc. I don't know how much risk capital you can afford to lose but IMHO these homes are tear downs. The exterior looks great though. GOOD LUCK
those 2 families ought to be charged with grand theft and thrown in jail. once they stop making payments the property is no longer theirs. why dont they just go steal a car. its about the same thing. hopefully those garbage people move to oceanside where that type of person deserves to live.
@PogiBalut Makes it real easy to put everything back. To get a better price, they usually have to be upgraded anyway. People will be held accountable for any damage done to foreclosed property in any case.
