  • Таким Ленский тоже мог быть.

Замечательно то, что Дворски поет не для публики (в д. сл.) американской, а так, как ему велит душа.

  • I can't remember the singer's name, but at the end of one performance I saw, he was in tears. What an intense, emotional song.

  • Wonderful Aria....Wonderful Tenor!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • My mom loves this song. But she says it makes her too sad. . =[ I don't know why though I can't understand it =]

  • @LuvsWildHorses The song begins: "Where have you gone, oh springtime of my youth?" It's a lament of someone who is about to lose a duel and doesn't really care.

  • Excellent performance both vocally and dramatically. As usual Dvorsky sings with deep passion. Don't miss his performance in the confrontational scene between Lensky and Onegin in the bithday party.

  • One of my favors duels..couldnt understand the lyrics yet almost natural to sense their intensity, the all ensemble is so vivid!!

    Enchantingly heartbreaking for the listeners.

  • Fantastically sung. Complimenti!!!

  • INCREDIBLE !!!

  • beautiful.

  • Russia For ever!!

  • Beautiful. Just have to mention that Dvorsky wasn't the the first nonrussian to sing Lenski in Russia. At least Finnish tenor Veikko Tyrväinen was asked to sing it at Bolshoi in the 1950's, after the succes at the Finnish National Opera 1952.

And no - Finland was definetly not a part of Soviet Union then.

  • was finland ever a part of the soviet union?

  • Thank you! I simply adore this aria.

  • I love him! It's a pity that the sound is slower than the video...
