the same way you cannot say american dialect so you cannot say moldovan dialect.

Well is Not a dialect. Is like a german countryman who speaks in english, same thing here. It's the accent that differs. Dialects of Romanian language (some) are: instroroman in Croatia I belive, meglenoroman in macedonia I think, aaroman and some others. I let those who know better than me to name and locate them. So is the accent that differs is not a dialect.
