Too many of our soldiers have died already. But they gave there life to make Iraq and Afghanistian a better place for the people. That should be the greatest thing you can do. Give your life to help othes.

You guys are great what's funny is the americans don't respect what you have done even though your the ones in the country side doing the real work. Its not that i support the war but I do support these militaries not america they suck but you guys you are great al you ISAF. Danish and English troops are fighting side by side in the most risky area i Afghanistan, i think we have lost 9 soldiers down there. 2 the other day in a suiside bombattack.
No i did my time in the Army, before denmark changede the policy. Before we only supported UN missions. Now it`s under Nato, with UN approved. We have 2 missions in Afghanistan, ISAF (combat troops against Taliban) And CIMIC, who are a rebuilding unit to make life better for the civilians.
yes austria is neutral, we join the un, austrian troops are in kosovo, bosinia and golan, and a special operation troop in tschad..austria do their job in these countries very well and is respected and important for all missions..
austria joins the kosovo force since the very beginning in 1998 and at the golan heights since 1968 or so..

in my opinion it is very importat that we have such troops who fight against the evil and help the civilisation to have a better life...

Dude Harrekate yolo 2 was fought out by norwegian and ANA soldiers ,while some german troops supported with some recon teams,communication and MEDEVAC, but they left the fron at around 3 while norwegian and ANA forces was still in heavy fighting-even the german tornados flew without arms and couldt/wouldt give CAS when it was requested-be my guest,read up on it on m i l i t a r y p h o t o s . n e t

do you join the danish army?
i joined the austrian army and i wanted to join the kosovo force but then i saw the risks and i didn´t join..now i´m glad that i´m not there.
But i have a lot of respect of the danish troops and all the troops of other countries which are in afghanistan and fight against the taliban...
we need such people...but i feel sorry for the families who loses their sons.but in a strange way it must be their destination. but it is very hart...
