1. played so damn much he remembers the location of all 720 melons,

2. found all 720 melons reading from the guide and/or online, put them on sticky notes, made copies of ALL the maps, studied them,

AND THEN did the run.

So many people think that Yoshi's Story is a bad game is because they feel it is too easy. For hardcore gamers and dedicated Yoshi/Nintendo fans who have patience, getting all 30 melons in each stage is the real challenge! It's a great game!

Melons are "special", only 30 in each level, each very hard to find. Also, it gives more points, but this vid just shows where the melons are.

Kind of like an all-melon speed run, the melons for added difficultiy

Well you have to admit that the game is kinda little kid-ish. Especially when they sing. I mean wth!? Its still a good game though. Sorta but I thought it was ok. How do you get to this level though!? Whenever I go to the area with this level the level isnt there.

you know those big hearts? when you're on the previous stage, the amount of hearts you get you get more levels on the next page. so lets say on page 3 you get 3 hearts.. then on page 4 you'll get 4 stages. all stages have 3 hidden hearts.

Hehe, thanks. I did mean to throw the egg, but it usually works slightly faster (and looks cooler :P) when I get the block out of my way so I'm at about the same altitude as the melon.

And those things are called Miss Warps. Bounce on/hit them to wake them up, and you can use them to warp to eachother.

Ya know I've been noticing a trend with Yoshi games. Like with Yoshi's Island and Story. The graphics for Yoshi games seem to always be the best for that system. Like Island had the best SNES graphics, while Story had graphics that rivaled next-gen.

You have to play each in Story Mode. Like, before you beat a stage, pay attention to how many hearts you have collected. The number of hearts you have is how many stages you can access. (excluding stage one) So say you beat Page 2 with one heart. On Page 3, only levels 1 and 2 will be accessible.
