Eddie was a great tenor player, terribly underated. I am not sure that anyone played melody better than Eddie. Maybe someone should ask Neil Young since Eddie played the sax interude on Springfieild's Broken Arrow. I admit that am a bit biased since Eddie's wonderful wife Edna was my Godmother and Eddie was my dad's best friend.
