Is there a way you can install those bios on a retail DreamCast, and maybe merge it with that really cool menu hack where when you press start, it goes all 3D, shaded, and amazing?
that was pointless. thats not even a hack! it was a video. all he did was record his pc playing a video of a dreamcast boot up. look at the top. its obviously on a pc and the tool bar says it can configure the video. so yeah thats gay. it has no purpose!
You obviously don't get it. He's booting a relatively rare BIOS from a Dreamcast development kit on a Dreamcast emulator, on the PC. Yes, the description could be better, there could be sound, and the fps should be higher, but that's all. You probably didn't notice that's not a normal Dreamcast booting.
