The Halo CE Mark V (and I'm fairly certain the Reach mark V and [B]) all have curved visors, meaning that it'd be much easier to fit your head in to.

Hopefully we'll get a decent Reach model soon.

Ok, NOW I noticed why it looks small, the visor can't bend in a spherical shape, like a bowl, the game's model can, therefore if you can't actually make a replica of the games model, it will turn out like this. Unwearable, and looks weird, and I'm talking about the Mark V

300 bones and it's one of only 3. All the individual armor pieces come off the same as the suit would and it mounts rare earth magnets for its metal weapons. It's also true 1/6 scale so it's significantly bigger than the Mcfarlane big figures.

This reminds me that my ODST helm is just a little wider than that at the bottom, but I consider it worth it since it lets me fit the helmet on without taking off my glasses. Plus it has plenty of room for a two-fan cooling system.

the odst is fine because if you play the game the guys have what looks like behind the viser a scuba suit shaped rim around their face so they only look out of the upper middle part of the viser but the top of the viser is a little inward thats all good job then

What you could do for padding on ODST helm is take several foam sponge like things and put them in just a few area of the helm. That way when you put your head in, it's not on the hard part of the helm but it'll squish so it'll still fit your head

We feel pretty confident in our abilities, even though we have very little experience working with Pepakura. Personally, I'm worried about wasting time on a low definition model if I can work at the next level - especially when I know I won't be satisfied with anything but the best. I'm a perfectionist....

hey, for the mark v its not just the helmet design but the visor thats getting used, as the one in the paper model is more curved to fit. For visors I suggest vacum forming and paint it with a special paint so i stays tranparent
